By accessing and using the Acker Power website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Acker Power (琥珀传能) manufactures and supplies EV charging equipment including AC chargers, DC fast chargers, solar-storage-charging systems, microgrid solutions, and charging operation platforms. All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and order specifications. Volume discounts apply as published on our pricing page.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order and advance payment. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. Letter of credit (L/C) accepted for orders exceeding $50,000.
All Acker Power products carry a standard 2-year warranty from the date of shipment, extendable to 5 years. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, or force majeure.
Custom manufacturing orders are subject to separate OEM/ODM agreements specifying branding, specifications, minimum order quantities, intellectual property rights, and delivery terms.
Delivery times are estimates and subject to production schedules, customs clearance, and logistics conditions. Acker Power is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
All content on this website, including product designs, specifications, and marketing materials, is the property of Acker Power unless otherwise stated. OEM/ODM customers retain rights to their custom branding as specified in their agreements.
Acker Power's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration.
